Public classes are suitable for all abilities combining postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Our studio is located in community gardens and we also practise at local beaches and parks.

Hatha

Classic postures linked in a strengthening flow to build stamina, enhance confidence and support healthy breathing

Restorative

Nurturing postures held for longer to increase flexibility, allow the body to recuperate and encourage the mind to relax

Yin & Yang

A perfect blend of hatha and restorative practice to balance the body and mind

Outdoors

Seasonal sessions connecting with nature to increase sensory awareness, build prana and ground ourselves

Coaching

Coaching sessions are offered for anyone ready to review their current circumstances and plan for future success as they define it. Clients may book a free consultation followed by a one-off session, or deeper personal development programme

Trauma informed

Drawing from established models, strategies and lived experience to provide empathic coaching and mentoring with a holistic approach

Online sessions

Private meetings take place on a digital platform to support accessibility, ensure confidentiality and protect personal safety
